SHIPPING POLICY

Refunds offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at info@kimpowellart.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you!

Generally, larger works are carefully rolled and packed, padded and shipped in a tube. Artworks may also be shipped in a crate with prior arrangement.

 

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your damaged item to request a return.

 

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

RETURNS POLICY

If there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at info@kimpowellart.com.  

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
