The painting, Spit it Out is born from movement. The lines and curves are echos of an active mind transformed to form, as paint on the canvas. Feelings and thoughts flowed freely during this piece and expressed themselves herein. This work brought a sense of purging energy. There was a feeling of immediacy during the creation and a need to get it out, fast a free.
