The painting, Gesture Jester, is born from movement. The lines and curves are echos of an active mind expressed on canvas. Thoughts flowed freely and with all the gestural flow, brought forth the figure of a court jester. There was also contemplation of the role of the jester and how we all play the fool, sometimes.
